Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Urenin platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the seller/merchant(s) listed on the platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product upon delivery.

  2. Urenin does not accept cancellation requests for medical products that have already been shipped. However, if the product is damaged or defective, or if the quality of the product is not as expected, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team within 5 days of receipt. The request will be processed once the seller/merchant has verified the claim. If the product received is significantly different from what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, our customer service team will review the case and take appropriate action.

  4. For products with manufacturer warranties, please refer warranty-related issues directly to the manufacturer.

  5. If a refund is approved by Urenin, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed.
